Summary: Sometimes you have to rent a movie on your own just to find out why critics hate it so bad (such as "Glitter" and "Gigli"). Kevin Smith goes for the sentiment bit here, trying to make people like The Comic Book Guy from 'The Simpsons' cringe with a tear or two. With so many good actors, this movie did have the potential to be a winner, but falls short with the cliche-ridden script and absurd character names (unless you can find me a pair named Ollie and Gertie somewhere in suburban New Jersey). But as mentioned before, some films need to be viewed in order to find out what's so wrong about them. Hero Matt has a small roll as a PR exec in this one.Matt Damon Movies:
