The Bourne Identity (2002)
Catch Matt Damon as Jason Bourne
Theatrical Release Date: June 14, 2002
Summary: James Bond needs to start collecting his social security checks and head down somewhere south of Miami because Jason Bourne has him officially replaced. Classy, thrilling and incredibly sexy, this movie was oh-so-much fun as we (as in the audience) sat behind Matt in the Mini-Cooper without our seat belts and took in some sights of Europe. Here Matt takes his little German girlfriend by the hand in and around the streets of Paris, eventually cuts off her hair to give her a new coif (something I wouldn't allow Matt Damon to do) and eventually regains enough of his memory to remember why a micro-chip was planted in his back in the first place. Great film, lots of fun and love the European backdrop. Jason Bourne is our James Bond without the Martini, but with an Icehouse instead. If he can only remember where he left his beer, that is.Matt Damon Movies:
